Every written quote lists what is included for your trip — typically chauffeur/driver time, the vehicle, fuel planning, and applicable taxes/fees. Confirm whether driver gratuity is included on that quote. If it is not included, 15–20% is customary for excellent service.

We require 50% down with the remaining balance due 7–14 days before the event. For events within 7 days, full payment may be required. Credit cards and approved payment methods accepted.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are non-refundable. Special event dates are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Yes. Vehicles are operated by professional chauffeurs/drivers appropriate for the vehicle class and route. Licensing, insurance, and safety requirements for your booking are confirmed on the written agreement before payment.

Yes — BYOB is welcome on all party buses and limos. Plastic cups and sealed beverages only (no glass). We provide ice, coolers, cups, and napkins. No food is permitted on the bus.

For Friday and Saturday nights, book 2–4 weeks ahead. Peak dates — NYE, prom season (March–May), State Fair weekends — sell out 4–6 weeks ahead. Weeknights and Sundays are more flexible.

Smoking is not permitted on any vehicle. We offer unlimited stops during your rental for restroom or smoke breaks — just let your driver know.
