Keeping fourteen women in one room

A bachelorette weekend has a shape all its own. Your group is often people who have never met: college roommates, work friends, a future sister-in-law, maybe the bride's mom for the first half of the day. Several flew in and have never driven in Dallas. Everyone is dressed up, somebody is wearing a sash, and the schedule has real deadlines, because a table for fourteen does not wait around.
Move that by rideshare and you split into four cars at every stop. The bride ends up separated from half her friends each time, and the group spends the day reassembling on sidewalks.
One vehicle keeps the party in one room all day. The playlist never stops, the bags and the flat shoes stay on board, and the ride itself is where the toasts and the best photos happen. It is also the safest version of the night: one professional driver, one drop-off, and nobody arranging a ride home alone at 1 a.m. from a neighborhood she does not know.
That is a big part of why 89% of the Dallas requests that name a vehicle type ask for a party bus. For the long version, read our Dallas bachelorette party bus guide.
Book for the bags, not just the bodies
We do not keep a separate data series for bachelorette requests, so here are two honest reference points instead. Among all our Dallas requests, 48% are for 11 to 20 passengers. And across the wider group-transportation network, six in ten bachelor party requests land between 11 and 30 riders. Pre-wedding groups cluster in the mid-teens, and the bachelorette groups we talk to sound the same on the phone.
| Guests | Ask about | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 8 | 8-passenger stretch limo | Bridesmaids only. Elegant for a dinner night, but you cannot stand up. |
| 9-12 | 12-passenger party bus | Stand, dance, swap shoes. Easy to stage at a restaurant. |
| 13-18 | 18-passenger party bus | The comfortable middle for a bridal party plus friends. |
| 19-24 | 24-passenger party bus | Room for a long guest list, gift bags and a cooler or two. |
Two sizing notes that only apply to your kind of day. Overnight bags, decorations and a box of photo props all eat floor space, so never book to the exact seat count. And if some guests are joining only for dinner, size for the biggest leg of the day rather than the average across it.
Enter the headcount and what you are hauling into the Vehicle Size Matcher and it will name a size. Then go one up if the bride is bringing a dress bag.

Three days that flow without a spreadsheet

The strongest plans pick one theme and let the bus connect the dots. Any of these turns into a minute-by-minute schedule in the Event Timeline Builder, which you can share with the group so nobody texts you asking what time brunch is.
Brunch, murals and Bishop Arts
Late-morning pickup, brunch in Uptown or Knox-Henderson, a photo stop at the Deep Ellum murals while the light is still good, then an afternoon of shopping and cocktails in Bishop Arts. Back to the hotel by five to reset. This one is kind to moms, aunts and anyone skipping the late night.
Dinner and dancing
Evening pickup, one big dinner reservation, then two dance-friendly stops. One in Uptown along McKinney, one in Deep Ellum or on Lower Greenville. If the night is mostly clubs with lines and dress codes, our night club tour page explains how to time your arrivals.
Wine country without the flight
A daytime run to the tasting rooms on Main Street in Grapevine buys you a relaxed afternoon about half an hour out. Our wine tour party bus page covers how many tastings really fit in a day and why groups need reservations.
Whichever you choose, stop at four. Every stop costs fifteen minutes of unloading, regrouping and restroom lines before anyone has ordered a thing.

Saturday is the one everyone wants
Saturday is the default, and the competition shows it. Six in ten dated requests in our Dallas data are for a Saturday. If your weekend includes a Friday arrival dinner or a Sunday send-off brunch, those legs usually face much less competition for vehicles, which is worth knowing when you build the schedule.
Season matters too. Across the group-transportation network, about 32% of bachelor party requests are for spring dates, a little above the overall spring share. Spring and early summer are when wedding parties for fall ceremonies go out celebrating, and on April and May Saturdays they are sharing the road with prom groups.
On lead time, the single biggest planning band in our Dallas data is 31 to 60 days out. Treat that as your floor. If guests are flying in, send the request the same week you announce the weekend, while the calendar is still soft and nobody has bought a ticket yet.
The Booking Window Planner gives you target dates for the quote, the deposit and the final guest list. Put those three dates in your phone and the rest of this gets much quieter.

Champagne, banners and blister prevention
Guests 21 and over can bring their own drinks on most of our party buses, subject to the terms of the vehicle you reserve. Champagne is the classic ask and it is fine, as long as it goes into plastic flutes. Leave the glass stemware at the hotel. Canned sparkling wine and seltzers are even easier, and nothing tips over on a turn.
A short list from groups who have done this well:
- Decorations that come off clean. Banners, battery string lights and balloons are welcome. Skip confetti, glitter and heavy adhesive, because cleaning fees live in the agreement.
- A playlist built in advance. The system connects by Bluetooth. Download it so a dead zone does not kill the music mid-song.
- Flats, a charger, a tiny first-aid kit. Blisters end more bachelorette nights than anything else. It is not close.
- Water and snacks. One bottle per guest, minimum. Sunday morning will thank you personally.
- Physical IDs. Dallas venues card at the door and will not take a photo on a phone, no matter how good the photo is.
The Ride Packing Checklist turns all of that into something printable you can hand around at the hotel.
Getting paid before you pay
Every trip is quoted on its own date, vehicle, hours and route, so you will not find prices here. What you need before you volunteer your credit card is how the payment actually works. Deposit questions come up in about 7% of the sales calls we analyze, and they nearly always come from the person organizing for everyone else.
The approach with the least friction goes like this. Ask for one all-in total with driver gratuity and any fuel or tolls included. Divide it among the paying guests, since by tradition the bride rides free. Send each woman her exact share with a due date that lands a few days before the deposit is due to us. Then sign.
The Cost Split Calculator handles the division, including the bride-rides-free adjustment, so you are not doing it in your notes app. If someone drops out late, remember the price is for the vehicle and not per seat. Agree up front on whether a late cancellation still owes her share, and say it out loud in the group chat while everyone is still cheerful.

Sending it and locking the date
Give us the date, how many are paying, where you are staying and the rough plan for the day. We come back with vehicle options and a written quote showing hours, stops and the total. When you sign and pay the deposit, the vehicle is yours for that date. A week out we confirm the final guest list, the addresses and the timing.
Send the hotel or rental address even if it sits outside Dallas proper. Groups staying in Addison, Plano or Las Colinas are completely normal, and knowing your true start and end point is how we write the hours correctly the first time instead of revising them later.
If the same friends are throwing the shower, our bridal shower transportation page covers daytime group rides. The groomsmen can read the bachelor party guide for their half of the weekend. Ready right now? Use the form above or go straight to our contact page and we will take it from there.
