The data says the same thing. Across our group-transportation inquiry data, 50% of game-day requests are for fall dates, with October carrying the biggest single slice. Sunday matters far more here than most planners expect: 18% of those game-day requests are for a Sunday, against roughly six in a hundred across all event types. So a Sunday FC Dallas match or a Cowboys watch party at The Star is competing for the same vehicles as Saturday's birthdays.

Frisco is a grid of fast roads that behave completely differently on a match night. The Dallas North Tollway runs the middle, SH-121 cuts the south side past Stonebriar Centre, US-380 caps the north, and Preston Road is the surface spine. The Star sits on Warren Parkway just off the tollway; Toyota Stadium and Riders Field sit farther east near Main Street. Crossing between them looks like nothing on a map and takes twenty minutes when a match lets out.

Board at 6:40 for a 7:00 first pitch and you will sit in the Riders Field queue with everybody else who did the same math. Add 25 minutes to any local stadium run on an event night, then put the whole plan through the Rental Hours Estimator before you ask for a quote.

Game groups here are friend-sized. Across our group-transportation inquiry data, 76% of game-day requests are for 20 riders or fewer, and across our North Texas data the biggest single band for all events is 11 to 20 passengers. Which means the typical Frisco request is a dozen to twenty people going to the same match. That is precisely the job an 18-passenger party bus was built for.

The working side of Frisco lines the Dallas North Tollway: Hall Park near SH-121, the towers around The Star, the campuses still climbing north toward US-380. • 8 to 14 executives: an executive Sprinter or a 14-passenger stretch limousine for dinners at The Star or Legacy West.
• 20 to 40 colleagues: a party bus for the holiday party, where the ride is half the point.
• The whole department: a coach bus for an offsite or a PGA Frisco shuttle, with bays for the golf bags.

Frisco was built fast and built for cars, which cuts both ways. The arterials make your neighborhood easy to reach. Your last hundred feet decide whether pickup takes two minutes or twenty.

• Master-planned neighborhoods. Many west Frisco subdivisions sit behind gates or end in tight cul-de-sacs with cars parked both sides. Buses up to about 24 passengers manage most of them; coaches usually board at the amenity center or the entrance.
• The Star on game days. Traffic control reroutes Warren Parkway and Cowboys Way. We agree on a staging point outside the closures and walk your group to the doors.
• Toyota Stadium and Riders Field. Lots empty in waves after the final whistle or the last firework. A named corner beats a moving pin on somebody's phone.
• Frisco Square and the Rail District. Main Street parking is angled and busy on a weekend night; the side streets board far more easily.
• Hotels. The Omni at The Star and the resort at PGA Frisco have porte-cochères that suit limos and Sprinters. A big party bus may get sent to a side drive.

FC Dallas Saturday match, 16 to 20 riders

• 4:30 p.m. Board at the host's house in west Frisco.
• 5:00 p.m. Early dinner at Frisco Square.
• 6:45 p.m. Drop at the Toyota Stadium gate for a 7:30 kickoff.
• 9:45 p.m. Meet at the agreed corner, ride to the Rail District for a nightcap, home by 11:30.

Birthday at The Star and Grandscape, 12 to 16 riders

• 7:00 p.m. Pickup near Stonebriar Centre.
• 7:20 p.m. Dinner and drinks at The Star.
• 9:30 p.m. West on SH-121 to Grandscape for karting and the late crowd.
• 12:00 a.m. Drop-offs back in Frisco.

PGA Frisco client golf day, 24 to 40 riders

• 7:15 a.m. Load clubs at the Hall Park office.
• 8:00 a.m. At the resort for an 8:30 shotgun start.
• 2:30 p.m. Awards lunch, back at the office by four.

Frisco has the most predictable busy season on our calendar. Across our North Texas inquiry data, October alone accounts for 12% of all requests, and in this city October piles FC Dallas home matches, Frisco ISD homecoming, Ford Center football and Halloween parties onto the same three weekends.
