1. Agreement to Terms

By booking transportation services with Dallas Party Ride ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all reservations, rentals, and transportation services provided through our website dallaspartyride.com or by phone at (214) 945-0983. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services.

2. Reservations & Booking

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A reservation is confirmed only after we receive your signed rental agreement and required deposit. Quotes provided via phone, email, or our online booking form are estimates and may be adjusted based on final event details, route changes, or additional hours.

  • Reservations require a 50% deposit to secure your date and vehicle
  • Remaining balance is due 7-14 days before your event
  • Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at booking
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and wire transfers

3. Minimum Rental Hours

Minimum rental hours vary by day and event type:

  • Friday & Saturday evenings: 4-hour minimum
  • Sunday & non-prime dates: 3-hour minimum available
  • Prom dates (March-May Saturdays): 6-hour minimum
  • Major holidays (NYE, Super Bowl, etc.): 5-hour minimum; premium pricing applies

4. Pricing & Fees

All-inclusive quotes include fuel, professional driver, commercial insurance, applicable taxes, and standard gratuity. There are no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Overtime: If service extends beyond contracted hours, overtime rates apply (billed in 30-minute increments)
  • Cleaning fees: Excessive mess, spills, stains, or damage beyond normal use may incur cleaning or repair charges ($150-$500)
  • Tolls & parking: Toll road usage and venue parking fees are the client's responsibility
  • Wait time: If pickup exceeds 15 minutes past the scheduled time, wait charges may apply

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit may be applied to a future booking within 6 months
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: full rental amount is non-refundable
  • Special event dates (prom, NYE, Valentine's Day, holidays) are non-refundable once booked
  • No-shows forfeit the entire rental amount

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. One date change is permitted at no charge; subsequent changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

All passengers must adhere to the following rules while on board:

  • BYOB Policy: Guests may bring their own sealed beverages. Plastic cups recommended. No glass containers. No food is allowed on vehicles.
  • Smoking: No smoking of any kind (including vaping) inside vehicles. Unlimited stops for smoking breaks can be arranged.
  • Capacity: Vehicle passenger limits are strictly enforced per DOT regulations. Exceeding posted capacity will result in service termination.
  • Behavior: Disruptive, violent, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.
  • Minors: If minors are present with alcohol on board, a parent or legal guardian must be present. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.
  • Damages: Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their party, including but not limited to torn upholstery, broken fixtures, and bodily fluids.

7. Decorations

Balloons, streamers, banners, and non-adhesive posters are welcome. Decorations that leave residue, use glitter, confetti, tape, or adhesive, or could damage vehicle surfaces are not permitted. Clients are responsible for removing all decorations at the end of the rental.

8. Pets

Pets are generally allowed with prior written approval. Please notify us at the time of booking. The client assumes full responsibility for any pet-related damage or cleaning. A pet cleaning fee may apply.

9. Safety & Insurance

All Dallas Party Ride vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and regularly inspected. Our drivers hold valid Commercial Driver's Licenses (CDL), are background-checked, and undergo regular drug testing. We carry full commercial liability insurance on every vehicle.

Dallas Party Ride reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if, in the driver's judgment, passenger safety is at risk. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dallas Party Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event a vehicle becomes inoperable, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

Dallas Party Ride is not liable for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during transportation. Passengers are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times.

11. Route & Itinerary Changes

Clients may make reasonable route and itinerary changes during the rental period. Significant route changes that add substantial mileage or time may result in additional charges. The driver has final authority on route decisions for safety purposes.

12. Force Majeure

Dallas Party Ride shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, government actions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or find alternative arrangements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
