1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, booking transportation, or using dallaspartyride.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern website use, quote requests, communications, booking coordination, and any transportation services provided by Dallas Party Ride or by a trusted affiliate or sister operator arranged through Dallas Party Ride.

2. Dallas Party Ride's Role

Dallas Party Ride may act as a direct transportation provider, a booking and coordination company, a referral source, or a combination of those roles depending on the trip. Some bookings are serviced by Dallas Party Ride directly, while others may be quoted, scheduled, or fulfilled by a trusted affiliate or sister transportation operator.

If another operator services your trip, that operator may require its own agreement, policies, payment terms, and passenger rules. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and the final operator agreement for a specific trip, the final booking or operator agreement for that trip will control.

3. Quotes, Reservations, and Booking

All quotes are subject to vehicle availability, route details, date, timing, and final confirmation. Quotes provided by phone, email, text, or our online quote form are estimates until a booking is accepted and confirmed.

• Pricing, vehicle availability, and trip terms may change until the booking is confirmed
• Some bookings require a deposit or full prepayment to secure the date
• Bookings may be subject to final operator approval, route review, and safety requirements
• We may request additional trip details before final confirmation

4. Affiliate and Sister-Operator Fulfillment

If Dallas Party Ride places your trip with a trusted affiliate or sister operator, that operator becomes the transportation provider responsible for the actual ride, including vehicle operation, driver conduct, routing, safety compliance, timing, and trip performance.

For affiliate-serviced bookings, complaints, performance concerns, vehicle issues, incident reports, passenger claims, and service disputes relating to the actual transportation should be directed to the operating transportation provider. Dallas Party Ride may assist with communication, identification of the operator, or general coordination, but Dallas Party Ride is not the operator of a trip it did not perform.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Fees

Pricing may include time, mileage, date, vehicle class, operator availability, tolls, parking, waiting time, cleaning exposure, holiday demand, and special routing requirements. Unless a written quote says otherwise, additional charges may apply for overtime, extraordinary cleaning, damage, route changes, tolls, parking, or significant trip modifications.

If a trusted affiliate or sister operator services the booking, that operator's final written quote, invoice, or rental agreement may govern payment timing, accepted payment methods, and charge structure.

6. Cancellations, Reschedules, and Refunds

Cancellation, reschedule, refund, and credit terms depend on the booking details and the final confirmed operator agreement. Deposits are often non-refundable, and special event dates may have stricter terms.

If another operator services your trip, that operator's cancellation and refund terms may apply. Before confirming a booking, you should review the final quote or agreement tied to that trip.

7. Passenger Conduct and Trip Rules

Passengers must follow all applicable safety rules, operator instructions, and vehicle policies, including:

• Passenger limits may not exceed legal or posted vehicle capacity
• No dangerous, unlawful, violent, or disruptive conduct
• No underage drinking and no unlawful substances
• No smoking or vaping where prohibited by the operator or applicable law
• Passengers are responsible for damage caused by their party
• The driver or operator may end service if safety is at risk

8. Communications About Your Booking

By submitting a quote or booking request, you understand that Dallas Party Ride and, if applicable, the trusted affiliate or sister operator servicing your request may contact you by phone, text, or email about your quote, schedule, trip details, confirmations, and service-related matters.

Optional marketing communications are handled separately from service-related communications and are not required to obtain a quote or complete a booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dallas Party Ride is not liable for delays or failures caused by traffic, weather, road closures, venue delays, acts of third parties, mechanical issues, or other events outside reasonable control. Dallas Party Ride is also not responsible for the actual performance of a trip operated by an affiliate or sister transportation provider that services the booking.

Passengers are responsible for securing personal belongings. Neither Dallas Party Ride nor the servicing operator is responsible for items left behind except as required by law.

10. Third-Party and Operator Terms

Certain bookings may involve additional terms from a payment processor, venue, transportation operator, or other third party. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any final booking documents or trip terms tied to the operator actually servicing the ride.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating to these website terms will be in Dallas County, Texas, unless a different forum is required by an applicable operator agreement or controlling law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise.
