Dispute Resolution: In the rare event of any disputes with our affiliate companies, it’s important to address the matter directly with them. Dallas Party Ride is not responsible for resolving disputes or claims arising from your interactions with affiliate services.

Release of Liability: As you use our services, you release Dallas Party Ride, our officers, directors, affiliates, employees, and agents from any damages or claims resulting from disputes or interactions with affiliate companies. Please be aware that Dallas Party Ride is not liable for any injuries or claims that may arise during your use of affiliate services.

Payment and Refunds: Payments for our services are typically non-refundable. However, there may be exceptional cases. For example, if Dallas Party Ride is unable to secure a vehicle for your event due to unforeseen circumstances, like limited inventory due to reasons such as COVID-19, you would be entitled to a full refund. To ensure security and prevent fraud, we may request a copy of your credit card via email or fax.

Responsible Conduct: We hold your safety in high regard. Please be aware that no one under 21 is permitted to consume alcohol in the vehicles provided by our services. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles. In cases where excessive cleaning, including incidents involving vomit, is necessary, cleaning surcharges may apply. You are responsible for covering all tolls and parking fees. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, unruly or disruptive behavior or any illegal activities may result in removal from the vehicle without refunds. We advise against leaving valuables in the vehicles, as Dallas Party Ride is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Furthermore, illegal drug usage is strictly prohibited and may lead to the early termination of service with no refunds.

Overtime and Upgrades: If your event runs over the initially agreed time, you will be billed for the additional hours in hourly increments. While Dallas Party Ride may offer upgrades based on availability, please note that availability is not guaranteed. However, downgrades are not permitted.

Sales Tax and Additional Charges: In certain states, sales tax may be applicable and is not included in the initial rental prices. Please be aware that additional charges may apply if the final drop-off location differs from the initial pick-up location. In some cases, credit card processing fees may be applied to your total rental price.

Severe Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions leading to a cancellation by the affiliate company, Dallas Party Ride offers a solution. Non-refundable payments can be used as credit toward a future booking of equal or greater value, providing flexibility in unpredictable circumstances.

Refund Policy: Dallas Party Ride understands that there might be exceptional circumstances where a refund is warranted. We will process refunds if we fail to secure a vehicle for you or if the vehicle doesn’t appear within one hour of the reservation time and location designated in your order. In such cases, any payments you’ve made will be refunded. However, it’s important to note that Dallas Party Ride is not responsible for indirect, punitive, special, or incidental damages. If we issue any credit, it must be used for a future booking of equal or greater value.

Dallas Party Ride may offer credits for future bookings to ensure customer satisfaction, but this does not constitute an admission of service quality.

Further Contract Obligations: According to this contract, you agree to the length of service, usage, charges, and any potential damages caused by your party during the rental period. The number of hours listed on this contract represents the minimum hours you are agreeing to pay for, and you are responsible for covering any overtime incurred during your event.
